Hi, I’m Jenna Stirling.

In a world that is often dominated by back-to-back meetings and the relentless pace of daily life, I have found that nature is my ultimate reset. Juggling the hectic demands of a career in corporate has only deepened my appreciation for the stillness found outdoors. For me, photography is more than just a hobby—it is a way to document and share the wonder that comes from simply being present in nature.

My photography journey began in a high school darkroom, where I first learned to see light and shadow and think about the stories that can be told through creative angles. But the roots of my passion for nature go back much further to my childhood in Northern California. I grew up during what I consider the "golden age" of educational wildlife programming—inspired by the infectious energies of Steve Irwin and Jeff Corwin and the seemingly endless wisdom of Sir David Attenborough—and spent my days outside exploring the world around me. Those early adventures nurtured a deep respect for wildlife that has followed me across the country.

I’ve called many places home, from the rolling hills of California’s wine country and the deserts of Las Vegas to the heart of Central Texas. Now, I reside in Central Florida near The Villages, where the vibrant wetlands and ancient forests offer a whole new world of inspiration.

I started Branded by Nature to foster a connection that I believe is more important now than ever. In a world that feels increasingly fast-paced, I want to invite you to slow down. There is always something profound to be seen if we look closely enough, and my work is an invitation to pause, look closer, and reconnect with the natural world.

When I’m not tracking an osprey or waiting for a brief glimpse of an otter, you can find me with a good book, gardening, or simply enjoying the days outside with my dogs. Occasionally, I enjoy capturing the unique personalities of four-legged friends through pet photography. I am also currently writing a series of nature-inspired children’s books, in hopes of sparking the same wonder in the next generation that I felt as a kid.
